Gyms fine at best. The equipment is really worn however and although they have dedicated parking, it's ALWAYS full which can be problematic at times.

The two-stars is due to poor equipment quality. Contrary to what others have reviewed, much of the machines need some TLC or being replaced. The benches are ripped or wobble around so much. Plates need to be properly marked, couldn't really tell what weight I was putting on sometimes. The cable machines are missing knobs that move the cable up/down and weight stickers too. Overall, The Gym is good for it's central location, 24/7 access and nice staff, but it could definitely improve in areas.

Been going for over 2 years and still love it. A great range of equipment for all sorts of goals. 24 hour access and a variety of classes to choose from. The staff are awesome-so helpful and encouraging, as are all the people that go here.

Plenty of equipment and rooms to use. Clean and tidy changing and shower rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is usually ok with a decent size car park.

Awesome Gym - very welcoming and helpful staff / owners. I especially loved the classes. Awesome variety and suitable time table. The trainers in these classes deserve a massive shout out - I think the best I have ever seen. Such a shame I am on the wrong side of town to make it feasible to attend now.

Good gym, friendly and helpful staff. But majority of the equipment is well used, place needs a bit of TLC. Cable machine cables are worn showing freyed wire, benches wobble etc.

Really awesome facility with friendly helpful staff. The gym goers seemed friendly and helpful as well. Was welcomed openly and felt comfortable from the get go. Well equipped with good quailty equipment. All your training needs in one place.
