Never take your watches to this jeweler's store. They're the most incompetent group of people I've ever dealt with, unfortunate but sad.

Recently got a link taking out of a bracelet.Also got my wedding ring designed and made from Eversons 26 years ago and I still love it.

Had only good experiences here, they have been able to fix everything I've needed in a very short amount of time and I've heard about some people getting amazing rings made here.

Excellent service and they go the extra mile. Very trust worthy.

Very bad customer service. Brought my watch in for a battery replacement on 5 January. They couldn’t put the watch back again (the guys in the mall never had a problem!) and possibly broke the watch. They never call you and I had to go in to the store to find out (several times now) what is going on as they don’t ring you back as promised. It is now the middle of Feb and still my watch is not back and I have not got an date yet from them about it’s return to me. I would give them no stars if that was an option.

I bought an $850 watch. Once I got it home found a small ding. For $850 I reasonably expect perfection. It’s a lifetime purchase.Sales lady claimed the ding did not exist then said it was minor; when I insisted it did exist they sent it out the back for the actual jeweller to inspect, who said it was irreparable. How can something that does not exist/is minor be irreparable? Clearly the sales lady is either dishonest or incompetent. I suspect the former.When I confronted them I was told they didn't want to get nasty" about it and other such rhetoric intended to intimidate me from seeking redress of the situation. In hindsight this behaviour was evident throughout the laybuy too.They also gave me no opportunity to inspect the goods before I walked out the door with them. More fool me. I deliberately bought from a jeweller to get authentic

Amazing and caring service. Great range of products. One time i even needed rings cut off my fingers as they were quickly swelling. They carefully got to work and saved the day. Highly recommend

Old school jeweler with a workshop.Competent, friendly staff.Most enjoyable experience to buy a watch and was not more expensive than buying on the internet.
