Super happy with my floors. The ladies who lay the vinyl planking were the best! Great communication, thoughtful questions, covered off any and all potential issues and did an outstanding finishing job. The carpet lads were easy, humorous, efficient and did an exceptional job. Thanks team!

Four words excellent, efficient, effortless, affordable. The Flooring Room would have to be one of the best companies I’ve doubt with in the last 7 years and 6 renovations. The Flooring Room were pleasant and professional from the start, communicated clearly from the beginning, continued to keep me informed on supply & installation dates, checking twice the installation dates still worked for me. The installer turned up on the day and on time, was friendly, completed the job quickly and efficiently. I was very happy with the result. Then a couple of weeks later after the job was completed The Flooring Room team went above and beyond and posted a lovely hand written thank you card and a lotto ticket. What an unexpected & nice surprise! This company deserves to continue to do well in business.

I can't say enough good things about flooring room tauranga. From carpet selection to instalation. Special headsup for the 2 young carpet fitters. We went to the Tauranga homeshow and saw the great specials the flooring room exhibit had, Rose took down our details and not long after the show she booked us in for a quote. Great communication, quick quotes and great recommendations on colour as well as underlay. We had a very quick install after accepting the quote. 2 of the wardrobes got missed due to some miscommunication but the layers were back to rectify very quickly!Great service and I'd definitely go to the flooring room again.

Excellent service/products, highly recommend - visits, supplying samples, quotes and installation all carried out in timely manner, with very competitive pricing, excellent carpet & laminate installers, great follow-up after completion.
