I have found the team at CHARTA very professional and reliable. Quick turnaround on maintenance issues and very efficient at letting and getting the best outcomes for both the owners and the tenants. I would recommend to anyone.

I was a tenant of 10/4 Inkerman street managed by Charta management ltd.This is the most unprofessional organization that has the least customer service standards and can still survive (surprisingly). Charta always helped me to boost up my confidence levels, whenever I am down I remember one thing If Charta can do why not me ?".. My friendly nature is stopping me to hate them

Incredibly unprofessional to a point of being illegal. They abruptly fired themselves (well, thank you) and absolved all of their responsibility, including taking their name out of our building's bank account, before their official last day as our building management. By doing so, we as a collective will no longer have access to our shared funds, without getting solicitors involved. I am not sure who's idea was this but it was done out of extreme carelessness at best or spite at worst. The owners are still trying to call them to get our access back so we can entrust our money to another management with basic decency and professionalism. If you like dealing with shady real estate people then you will love their management style. Complete joke...

Charta management was the worst experience I have ever had with a property agent. They are highly unprofessional just like the other reviews said that they are almost illegal. If I had a lot of spare time and did not have a life to point out every single thing, I would be suing them right now. When I moved in to a property on Symonds st, it hadn't even been cleaned properly. The smell was indescribably disgusting so I had to leave all the doors open for a week straight and the toilet had obviously not been cleaned. The shower head just fell off two weeks into moving in and it was evident it had fallen off once before and it was just glued on. Asked for it to be repaired but nothing was done. When we moved out, this was the most difficult part. Long story short, they still haven't returned us our bond fee and the reason to this is according to them we have caused damage to the property which we have not. Still waiting for them to reply to us because they only contact us when they want. The most unprofessional and annoying company to work with. The only person I can thank is Sunbera and everyone seems like they're trying all their best to rip as much money off me and my flatmate as possible. Still waiting for our bond fee.

I had a great pleasure working with Howard. very serious, great professionalism. he helped me a lot in the sale of my apartment and did not hesitate to move to make me sign documents. very responsive in the response to email. I highly recommend this agency.Manuel Delachaussée

The individual property manager I had was unresponsive, had poor work ethic and it took months to get responses and solutions. However the manager was ok to deal with. Would not recommend for tenants or landlords

We own a small block in Auckland CBD and have used Charta for the last 3 years as a body corporate and rental managers. We have always found the team timely with both renting and attending to issues that require maintenance.

I have not had the pleasure to meet Mr Howard Sidnam , Director of Projects from Charta Property Group in person but every communication n discussion with him via emails were always met with patience and competence. Besides such laudable qualities, I am so impressed with his promptness in replying to all my concerns even when they were raised after office hours.Such impeccable performance can only attest to the high level of professionalism that Howard has adhered to in his discharge of service. Thank you!

This is the worst realeaste i have dealt with. We were looking for a long stay rental property since my wife was expecting. We were accepted for a property at charta place, upon signing the contract we mentioned we wanted something for longer term. The agent mentioned 6 months was the intial start up contract and this will be renewed without any problems. Having our faith on her we signed the contract. 5th month we were told that they wont be extending our contract, during this time my wife was already 7 months pregnant. Having the stress to move our and looking at other places was a nightmare. Really unprofessional to deal with and ignoring calls.Hope no one ever goes through what we did. Glad we own our own place now.There wasnt option for zero star which they deserved. Be smart with these people.

Apartments are not secure , Building Management is so irresponsive.Our keys were stolen no action taken from the management, Post Box was broken into- credit card was stolen lost $1900.Still the Building Management does not give a damm about the security concerns of the apartment.Random tresspassing is everyday story. Highly not recommended.Wish there was a 0" rating as the management service they offer is "0"."
