Very negative experience!Firstly, for AUS immigration medical, they charge almost $200 more than the panel doctors in Auckland. It’s worth making a trip to Auckland if it is an option.Secondly, be careful when they ask you to pay deposit. They charge $50 deposit for immigration medical. You would assume is to cover the loss if a customer do not turns up - Well it is not. It is non-refundable as soon as the transaction goes through, no matter what, or how far ahead you try to cancel.I booked, then canceled an appointment within 20 minutes - No refund, it cost me $50. I was completely blown away as to how they just took my money off me for no legitimate reasons at all. When I called, all the guy can do was emphasizing the policy while unable to give a real explanation for no refund. He couldn’t care less about my loss. What’s more, it was clear that my cancellation did not stop them from filling in the slot.I have done many immigration medicals over the years and have never encountered any one, or any clinics in general, that has such stiff and unreasonably implemented policy.My advise is to think twice when booking with them, compare the options and do not make a deposit unless you absolutely have to.e

I had my chest xray for immigration purpose a month ago. They advised me to just go there as they accept walk ins. The process did not take long. I finished maybe after 20 minutes. The customer service is acceptable, the employees were not grumpy unlike what I heard from other clinics. Thank you for the fast process, It was not stressful at all. Would highly recommend them.

I recently had a full medical test from Worldwise for an urgent immigration visa process and must say everyone there were so kind and cooperative including receptionists and doctors. They considered my urgency and helped in progressing with test. I would highly recommend anyone going for any similar services to go with Worldwise. Worth a five star :)

Phoned up this afternoon about a hepatitis A vaccine and we were able to come in just an hour later! We were helped wonderfully and got so much useful advice. It’s expensive but it is everywhere.

Very rude receptionist, my mom does not speak English very well and she didn't even bother to slow down when speaking or repeat what she was saying. I also went to make an appointment about 3 weeks ago during level 3 and she told me to come back at level 2 in a very rude way, when I went back I found out she should've taken my name to save a spot for appointments which they obviously did not have the second time I went.

Excellent service. So informative, the doctor knew everything about where i was going and provided very useful information and advice. Really good to talk to and took an interest in my trip. Great customer service experience at the front desk too.

Wow, there is someone who has the same experience like me.Yes, the deposit is not refundable. $50There is no information about deposit which is not refundable on the website.Auckland is much much cheaper than here. nearly half price.Think twice when you make an oppointment.

Great service for the emedical and blood test. Receptionist is really good in handling the customers. We went to victoria clinic it was booked for two weeks and then we came here. Very friendly staffs and doctor. Medical test will take approx 1 to 1.30 hours + for blood test we have to go to the pathlab which is located in the same premises. Overall good place for your emedical INZ.

Fantastic service, Dr Shaw was such a informative supportive honest doctor when it came to travel health services. He was interested in my travels and offered advice that was far beyond that of the medical. As a seasoned traveler I found what he had to say useful. I was only prescribed what we both thought was beneficial to my extended stay in Central America and beyond. Again many thanks to Dr Shaw and the office staff who were helpful and accommodating

I had my Immigration medical few weeks back. Forgot to include X-Ray which then I had to do. This was urgent and they were really helpful giving me a chance to do this yesterday (right after lockdown).Went out of their way to include this in my existing medical and was very efferent in dealing all these. I had pleasant experience at both visits and I am really grateful for their service. Very kind doctor, nurse and reception. Big thanks to the beautiful receptionist who helped me out with my X-Ray yesterday. She even came out and showed me the Hamilton Radiology building because I just took the opposite direction:).
