I have been a long time customer of Bridgestone Devonport and after seeing a review left below I decided to leave one of my own.I went to Bridgestone Devonport yesterday to get some tyres fitted for my new car. While I was there another customer was throwing a right fit at the owner and carrying on out into the street. His language towards Aaron was nothing short of horrifying and I will admit I felt very threatened by this person's behaviour. The commotion this man caused was so bad that the neighbouring mechanic came out to tell him to leave. However, I must say that Aaron kept his composure and was nothing but professional and level headed. He was very apologetic that we had to witness it.Aaron's service and replacement of my vehicles tyres was top notch, very happy with the quality and the price, he was able to recommend something well within my price range and explained everything to me! I always have a pleasant experience at this shop, Aaron is very knowledgeable with vehicles and I always feel like I am getting the best value for my money.

Aaron, the owner, was rude, dismissive of my problem which he created, and intimidating. He followed me to my car screaming obscenities and accused me of lying. He pretended he’d never sold me tyres and aligned my wheels until I presented my proof of payment and date. He keeps poor records and worse manners. People have a right to know. Thumbs down!

Avoid Bridgestone Tyre Centre Devonport at all cost. I took my car in for a simple tyre puncture repair but the owner Aaron insisted to sell me a brand new tyre. Charged me money for “his time and space” to let me retrieve my vehicle. Shockingly poor level of customer service and plain rude when trying to justify himself. Became even threatening to the point I had to lodge a complaint with the police. I subsequently got the puncture repaired at a nearby service provider within an hour. If I could give a negative rating I would.

Disappointing, man was very rude!! We always use Devonport Tyres and have spent lots of money with them pretty pricey but want to support local. Popped in twice today to get air put in and man said come back and then was very rude when I came back said he had no time. I recommend going anywhere else for better and cheaper service.

Great place to go for tyres and mechanical work. The owner Aaron is just superb and really cares about his customers. He advised me on a serious issue to do with the safety of my car and fixed it quickly and at a great price. I would definitely recommend this business to all my friends and family.
