Went to purchased earings on boxing day instore, the experienced was a bit awkward as the staff attending us is quite intemidating. I felt that maybe I am Asian or so, but I didnt take it seriously as i got the good deal with the item we got. Just thought that as a customer representative, it is very important to make any customer feel welcome and comfortable whenever they enter inside the store. Whoever and whatever nationality they came from.

wouldn’t recommend this store, managed to look at all the jewellery and walk around the whole store without being approached by a member of staff or offered any help. I was the only person in the store and there were a few members of staff so no excuse for this terrible customer service. went next door to pascoes and received great service and made some great purchases. won’t be returning to this store again unfortunately
