We ran out of tiles partway through the job and had to purchase and pick up the same batch that day. Orakei branch organized it and sent me off to Penrose pick it up. Dealt with Zac at Penrose and received excellent professional service.

Best customer service ever from Jhanvi!! Go in there and ask for her to help you! Renovations can be stressful but nothing was a problem for her. She went above and beyond! Totally recommend the trip out to T.W Church Street shop ✅✅✅

Lovely friendly and very helpful staff, who showed us several options and asked us what our lead time was. Because we wanted to take them that day, they sourced what the warehouse had for us to choose from. We then drove down the driveway to collect our purchase from a very busy but incredibly efficient and organised warehouse. Very happy with our purchase!

Monday 17 April 2023. Popped into Tile Warehouse Penrose this morning and had same 5 star experience with sales staff displaying knowledge and expertise to help me out. Great value tiles and selection. Loaded up the car with purchases and left with a smile and mightly impressed.2021. Fantastic service and great range of product.I had to purchase extra tiles from a discontinued product line.May (the salesperson) was awesome and sourced exactly what I needed from both Penrose and Wairau Park outlets. An exceptional customer experience..thank you!

This the second time I went to this store. I like it because they've got so many different styles, patterns and sizes of tile for me to choose. And it was a bonus that I found everything is at least 25% off at the moment. The staff are friendly and helpful and offered to provide some samples for me to take home. However, I just made the purchase as I know they will look good!

Really friendly staff. Sorts any niggles out right away. Tiles are reasonably priced and they give great suggestions. Used tile warehouse 3 times now and would recommend above others. Show rooms are nice and clean, and have a large selection.
