We did a private silks class as a group of 9, with Larissa as our instructor- she was incredible at demonstrating and talking us through the moves - and had lots of patience while we giggled and took photos! All of us thoroughly enjoyed trying something new! Thank you for your time and space.

I’ve never met a more consistently kind, caring and professional group of instructors anywhere. I’ve been going here for 1.5 years and I absolutely love it. No matter your age or ability, you will improve a little with every class and leave every time with a smile. Highly recommend.
