Lotus Yoga Centre & Retreat
For Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation, or Relaxation, this is the place to go. Set in beautiful bush surroundings, it gives one a sense of peace, calm and quiet inward thinking. Cathryn is an experienced qualified teacher and teaches beginners through to more advanced, catering to each persons needs and abilities. I can happily, and confidently, recommend the Lotus Yoga Centre to all who are interested in Yoga or Tai Chi.

A lovely gentle Taichi Qigong class in a beautiful space. Cathryn's teaching is warm and supportive, highly recommended.

Great venue.We had a breath workshop there. 2 well designed spaces. Good kitchen and dining /sitting area, and a lovely big carpeted room for the workshop.Good disabled access.
