Steve was so helpful and friendly! We weren't exactly sure what was going on with our radiator, so he ran a quick test and talked us through it, teaching us what to watch out for, etc. And throughout it, he was so nice! Even when we tried to pay him as a thank you, he politely declined. I highly recommend Birch Ave Radiators.

Absolute top bloke. Professional and knowledgeable service. If you have radiator issues with your vehicle, for the best service in town I willingly highly recommend Birch Ave Radiators. Tucked away down a longer driveway but big yellow sign out the front that really stands out about halfway down Birch Ave on the left.This business is a real asset to Tauranga and Steve the owner can be rightfully proud of it.

Steve made a thorough assessment of my vehicle cooling system which took up a good 30 minutes of his time. It ended up with his recommendation that I take the car to a garage motor mechanic as the cooling system was not the source of the problem. I was really impressed with the level of service & expertise especially as he did not charge me for his time. I highly recommend this Birch Ave Radiators.

Best experience from a supplier I can remember. Steve fixed a leak in my radiator at very short notice which allowed me to keep my business operational, at a very reasonable price I should add. Steve is an instantly likeable guy who goes to great lengths to make sure customers will be back again, as I certainly will be!
