Have been buying their Gluten Free Casava bread for over a year now. It is the tastiest gf bread on both sides of the Tasman. Finally visited their factory/shop recently, and they were very helpful, even though they had just closed up the shop for the day. Nice people and a great product. They are a type of slow food" place that uses more traditional methods of fermentation for their bread.They are also the people responsible for the healthy Doctors Choice Yoghurt."

Really great bread, I'm enjoying the Rye Bread. I'm a Type 2 diabetic and can tell from my Sugar tracker it does not trigger an extreme increases in Blood sugars like a normal white bread would plus its super tasty. Thanks Guys love your product.
