Is alright. Got a medium combo and the drink was huge. Ingredients are a bit better than mcdonalds otherwise not a big difference in the food. A lil more pricey

Yes, I know it's a fast food joint. The service was pretty average, and the food was...just ok. my salad had freezer burn, so they might want to QC on a daily basis before sending out their food.On the plus side, their bathroom was above average in cleanliness for a fast food place. pleasantly surprised.

Excellent service, great food and warm atmosphere. The atmosphere especially is what sets this particular Wendy's apart from every other fast food chain thats lost its soul and personality due to their 'modern' interior.

We have been to a few Wendy’s restaurants in Auckland and this was the first time we’ve been to the Royal Oak branch. Although the burgers were perfect, the order we got had cold chips x3 that were hard to even chew and despite all 3 drinks literally being warm to the touch it tasted like straight water!! Such a terrible experience considering we got it as a treat for being so busy during the day. Very disappointed!

You'd likely never hear me say this. But here it is, a pleasant dine in with amazing service and freshly cooked meals! And polite staff, the gentleman serving me made me feel like I was far from the Wendy's counter I was ordering at, very far. This blew me away! Keep it up :-)

Clean and tidy place. Staff were attentive and friendly. I was asked to take a seat and a staff member brought the food to me. Not a very common thing in fast food restaurants but I felt welcome. Food was freshly prepared and was nice.

waited a bit too long for drive thru when there weren't any other customers at all my whole 15 minute wait for one burger (both instore and in the drive thru). the lady serving us lacked customer service - not sure if there was training or anything going inside but there were about 3 workers just idling around. if there was training going around, do not practice with your drive thru orders as we are normally in a rush. it would have been nice to be communicated as to why it was taking long or even a good morning" or "sorry for the wait"."

Admittedly it was after 9PM when we arrived but the place was clean and the service was great. The drive through was doing a roaring trade so they were quite busy. Still we received our orders in good time and took them home to eat. Burgers were good but the chips were a bit cold and the parfaits were delicious.
