Absolutely brilliant experience getting a car from precision autos! Purchased my new car here in December and it has been fantastic, Herb helped sort out everything before I traveled to Auckland to collect the car. Will definitely be returning for my next car

Excellent service. Did a vtnz report and Herb got a few issues sorted for us asap as we were under time pressure and even gave us a guarantee of work done for a year. They really went above and beyond, would definitely buy from them again. So so good to know you can trust your dealer.

Highly recommend Precision Autos.Great selection of cars at reasonable prices. I purchased a Toyota Harrier, they did a fantastic job of professionally cleaning it and aligned the wheels free of charge. I lost the purchase receipt and they were kind enough to send me a new one 3 years later!!

They seemed like a great company, good service, 3 month warranty etc. They offered a stereo/nz navigation as part of sale. We were impressed.But now costing us $1000+ to correct this as they disabled/removed the I drive. This means you can't correct an alarm, can't get a WOF. We are really unimpressedTHEY DON'T REPLY TO EMAILS. Do not recommend them.

The Team @Precision Autos were awesome to deal with & made purchasing my vehicle less daunting than I thought it would be. I was a little nervous about going thru the process to begin with but the Team eased my nerves & helped guide me through the entire process & were able to answer any questions I had thus alleviating any fears I initially had.Upon arriving to pickup the car, Herb was right there waiting for me & even had a big beautiful red ribbon on the car. Purchased my second car from Precision Autos yesterday. I have never been to a car dealer before where you will find a nice and friendly team. My partner and I went to Precision Autos on Sunday to check out their cars with the intention of looking at SUVs, however, after roaming the car yard and test-driving a few cars I got my eyes on this beast (not just a normal Mazda) and fell in love with it. Ali and Mark provided excellent customer service. I picked up the car yesterday, the car has been well-maintained, fully groomed, got a full tank, and provided a secondary key although the car only came with one key.I 100% recommend buying from Precision Autos and my partner and I will definitely go back to them. They are easy to deal with, very negotiable, and overall great experience.Thank You Precision Autos team :)

This is quite possible the best car yard in the world, done. They have a brilliant range of quality vehicles in a yard that's nice to walk around (I'm disabled, so important to people like me) because the stock isn't packed in like sardines. The blokes are fantastic to deal with because they don't resort to pressure selling tactics and they dealt directly with my wife as well. So many car yards don't do that and just deal with the man, loses them sales I can tell you. If you're in the market for a used car, this is the place for you.
