Trevor Braybrook took more than 6 months to sort a non-functioning keyless entry for the car I purchased. When it finally got sorted he arrogantly acted like he was doing me a favour! People make mistakes and a sorry would go a long way but not one word of apology. Your service has been utterly shocking.

We've bought a couple of cars from Enterprise in Gisborne and we were happy with the service that they provided. We also have all of our vehicles serviced by them. I moan every time I take them there especially about the cost of their technicians BUT the faults are always fixed properly and I must admit that their service again is top notch .
