Pathetic service. No communication whatsoever after a travel package is booked with them. They will leave you to wander around a airport to find your agency. Lost precious time during our Singapore trip last year but managed somehow. Thought of giving them a chance again this year and was assured good service. No response for weeks. Thanks for nothing. Will never use them again.

This business has shut down since first lockdown in 2020. They still sort of operate over the phone but it sounds rather dodgy.
