I send 1500+ packages a year and still can't even get a courier driver to collect these on time. 2 or 3 days later sometimes. I called the branch as the driver did another no show yesterday, and apparently there's no driver today either. Apparently they'll be collected this week sometime....." Ash is very understanding and helpful

Since Max has taken over the run the service has improved greatly. Our parcels are now being picked up every day. Max has a happy and cheerful demeanor. Parcels are delivered in a timely fashion. A great improvement which has been needed for some time now. Do not let the service slip guys. Cheers from The Tank Guy Feilding

A great courier service just about all the time. People change from time to time and over the last 8 years they have all been really helpful when needed to be. Our current courier Markus is always friendly, courteous and diligent. Thanks for being there for us.

Markus has been our driver since we moved to Foxton Beach 12 months ago and we have always found him to be reliable, efficient and very helpful in all aspects of his trade. Nothing seems any trouble. Highly recommended him.

Jinto is prompt with pick ups and pleasant.Nick does my drop off early morning and is always on time and if I'm running a couple of minutes late the waits , always happy. Cheers guysGreat job

The courier in his own words I don't bother reading delivery instructions". And now he is twice on video NOT following instructions in spite of me catching him and SPECIFICALLY asking him to follow the instructions for safety reasons. UNIMPRESSEDEDITED: I have rung the company and been assured the driver would be spoken to and lo and behold today AGAIN the driver again telling me "We don't read delivery instructions". So much for ARAMEX assuring me they would use the situation as a learning experience. Obviously they aren't interested in providing customer service."

I have be using Aramex for over 7 years now. What an amazing service! These guys are so hardworking they pick the parcel the same day with no hiccups. Parcels are received in great condition without damage. Their charges are reasonable too. I use only Aramex.
