The staff here are rude, arrogant and dishonest.When I went to pick up my order, they tried to charge me far more than I was expecting because of extra work they had done which I had not asked them to do.When I questioned this, the worker became defensive and insisted that I had asked them to do the extra work. So I suggested that they refer to the original diagram that I had given them when I made the order. But when they produced it, the diagram they had was not the one I had given them. My original diagram had mysteriously disappeared!They made no attempt to resolve the problem, or explain the fraudulent diagram, instead I was instructed to return the product (which was already tied down to my trailer), and the sale was cancelled.
