As far as I am concerned a pack of snobs paid over $800? To get given a bottle of injector flush and told that if that didn't fix it in a thousand km take it back so they can send injectors to get checked out They saw me coming from a mile off wont be done like that again

The staff here are very helpful, and knowledgeable on all their vehicles and parts. We always have our cars services here, because of the service they provide. it is also great to know there are businesses still around that go that extra mile and add those small pleasant surprise like cleaning the vehicle inside and out.thanks..If you agree give this post a like. :-)

Amazing customer service! I’ve asked a thousand questions and they were very patient and answered everything I had to ask. They also cleaned my car inside and out which I didn’t know till I was down the road. 10/10

Took our newly bought BMW in to check out a sound coming from the engine. Said to come in at 8.30 as that was the only appointment available but then never got the car back until 3.30 and they only worked on it for an hour". So they say that it took them an hour to find out where the noise was coming from (I have no car knowledge and I could see where it was coming from straight away) and also to look up in their "database" if it was okay. So apparently its an okay sound and nothing to worry about. But apparently this took an hour to find out which is pretty doubtful as an hour is a pretty long time really and that doesn't sound like an hours work at all so they're either lying or inefficient. And then they charge $150 for that hour of work. When asked if that seemed like a fair price for an hours work to them

Hawkes Bay BMW is a fantastic place. Phil is a great front guy. And Simon is generous with his advise and knowledge. They even treat us 'poor folk' nice lol!

Not very friendly, typical BMW type people, think they're better than everyone else, even if you do own a BMW. Not overly welcoming and first impressions are like most car dealers, unless you're spending $100k or more they won't smile much.
