This is my local shop for my electrical supplies and is well stocked for all my needs. The manager, Alif, provided me really good service on my last shop which was really appreciated.

I tried to return a product which they assured me would work for the lights I purchased it for, turned out it didn't work like they said. They then refused to give me a refund or exchange the product for something that might work. They kept referencing Australian consumer laws which aren't the same as New Zealand's, then they tried to convince me power-related items aren't returnable, which isn't true if it doesn't work in the first place. Don't try to convince shoppers that they can't return items, it's illegal. The item was only $39 so I was surprised when I had to argue to convince you to give me an exchange, what a joke.

A nice corner electronic shop tug in next to a traffic light. Use GPS or Waze to get there or you may missed it. A well equipped electronic shop which has standard and huge variety of electronic items for sale. Friendly & helpful staff to assist if you need a helping hand. Many DIY shop here for best range and price of electronic part or accessories. Sells surveillance camera & whole shop under keen eyes. Sometime their offer bin is a treasure trove.

Usually very helpful. Lots of sales people but the one guy I asked would not help me. Said he was too busy. All he was doing was stocking a product but didn't want to assist. Ended up asking another assistant who was helpful. The one white guy in the shop should just be used for stocking shelves because he's hopeless with customer service.

After being told by PB Tech Queen Street that the item I was after DID NOT EXIST I walked into the Jaycar Newmarket, Alif grabbed the cable I required off the shelf and I was out the door in 5 minutes. Absolutely awesome service and one very happy customer!!!

I'm never shopping there again. The store person was very rude, and when I asked to speak to the manager, he hung up the phone. Products are overpriced as well.
