Masseuse was too busy talking to her friends and colleagues to give a half decent massage...gave the very strong impression she didn't want to be there which was confirmed when she grabbed her coat and ran straight out as soon as the massage was over. The only reason I have to given it 3 stars is because my fiance had a massage at the same time and his was really good.

Excellent massage.They listen and do as I ask in the spots.Different staff have different techniques so if one doesn't work try another.

Terrible experience. The woman I had was barely trained I believe. The following day, heavily bruised. Still with same pain as I went in with the day before. Would never go back and would not reccomend.

Not a great experience unfortunately. I had been given a $100 massage voucher which needed to be used straight away due to other circumstances. I got a $95 one hour full body" massage. They would not give me the $5 in change but offered a $5 voucher which I would never use so I gave it to the lady next to me. If I wanted oil it was going to cost an extra $15.00??????. The massage started (in the middle of the shop with everyone walking past looking in without being offered privacy) with my shoulders through my tops

Really bad experience. I asked the lady not to be too hard. The next day my back is covered in bruises. I don’t believe she was even trained. I would not recommend Fans Massage to anyone .

The worst experience ever. The masseuse was so rough, clearly could not differentiate between muscle and bone. My pain threshold is quite high and I don't bruise easily. However, I woke up the next morning with an aching back, especially in my lower back and big bruises that look like scratch marks all up my spine and mid-back area from where she dug her knuckles into me. I asked three times for the pressure to be softer and she didn't change once, just moved to another area. The masseuse was not trained and should not be practicing. She could really injure somebody!!

Masseuse injured my legs by performing a deep tissue without warming the muscles at all. I was left bruised and needing further treatment. While they did refund me, there was no acknowledgement of fault or any comment on the level of training the staff memeber had. Very concerning.

Been giving my mum vouchers so she can get massages from this place for years now as she loves it. She went today with a voucher for the mall, she received the message then went to pay using the voucher which didn't go thru, went to management and they confirmed there was money on the card... was due to the fact they hadn't updated their entries terminal but refused to acknowledge also a lack of manners. Unfortunately won't be back.

I left my twenty minute massage feeling as if id stepped back into World War II and I’d just been tortured. The worst ‘massage’ I’ve had in my life. The first sign things were amiss was when I was given a used towel to cover myself with on the massage table. I should’ve bailed then but no. From the get go the pressure was intense. I asked the person giving the treatment to slow down because it felt like he was in a hurry to get somewhere, he only had one speed and one pressure for the entire session and that was hard and fast. OK if you like it rough...but I was there for a massage rather than a torture session. Chops, elbows, knuckles all featured throughout and just when I felt like I’d endured enough and there was a pause, he’d come back for more but with even more intensity. Think Silence of the Lambs when there’s a scene featuring a certain body part hung up on coat hangers...well it was just like that instead I was being hung up. Definitely would not recommend. You may ask why the one star? There was no zero star option.
