I had the worse subway ever last night. Minimal lettuce everything thrown to the back of the sub. My classic chicken wasn't cooked in my or my partners sub. You kept trying to put my subs in the toaster even though I didn't want them toasted. There was a horrible feeling walking into the shop. The poor young girl looked like she had been told off, and to top it off my footlong wasn't cut . We couldn't eat them. I think it has put me off ever having sub way again. Worse experience ever. Sort it out guys. I'm in hospitality and you guys are shocking. Two foot longs in the rubbish waste of my money. Won't he back. It used to be awesome coming to your store. Happy people serving you. Subs like in the pictures. Disgusting now. Ouldnt recommend wasting your money here

Not a good experience. Very little bread avaliable & only 2 options avaliable. The staff member serving me kept wondering away. Food on tables & floor. Tgey needed to be wiped. Resturant not very busy.

This subway is getting really bad, this is the second time I have ordered online and the second time they messed up. The first time I ordered online they didn't do my order until I came to pick it up, i had booked it in to pick it up on my lunch break and they took 10mins to make it, wasting my half our lunch break and this time they stuffed up every sub in our order!!! I won't be wasting my money there ever again!

Didn't get one of the items in my order, also I am hard of hearing and the lady had an accent I politely said pardon everytime she spoke but she didn't bother at all to speak louder. Even my son thought she was rude after she barked what meat" at him.when he had already asked for a meatball footlong. Won't stop here again."

I had a great experience with staff and food. The entry buzzer is annoying AF. Give a break to your staff. It is beyond me how do they work with that annoying noise.

Ordered online and got canceled 15mins later. Anyway we went there to order food, guy said he didn't cancel the order. This store opening hour is from 630am and it was passed 9am but bread wasn't ready, machine wasn't ready so I assumed he canceled the order cus nothing was ready :(

Went into Sunway Waipukurau. The store was very busy but I must say the service was excellent.Dee was making our subs and her food handling skills were the best I have seen ever in a Subway store. I noted she changed her gloves often when Handling the different meats.It was a great experience all round. Congranulations Dee.

Sub was ok, but the cookies are getting smaller! We wanted to eat in, but there were no signs up advertising the cost of a combo meal. We would probably have left if we had known how expensive it was! $17 for a 6-inch and $20 for a foot long combo meal!!! Service was slow and sullen, and the young girl couldn't tell us the cost before ordering.

I came here around 1300 on 12/11/22 and when I first entered the store it was overly hot and had minimal air flow however I was greeted by a lady who I believe was Claudia don't qoute me on that but she was so kind and friendly she spoke clearly and was super,I ordered my sub got what I wanted and left i was totally thinking it was just another sandwich but the bread was so fresh it was soft and had all the good smells it had a good amount of fillings and the pork riblet seemed to have more flavour then other places highly recommend this place to others.
