Hands down, Becks and Lukas Raw Food Company is the kindest and best priced (in bulk) around Auckland. Becks has been amazing/patient + so knowledgeable with all my questions with Mac’s skin/ear issues and we’ve got it right!! We choose the pick up option as it’s on the way home from work and couldn’t be easier. The customer service we’ve received has been over and above what I’d expected, which you can take for granted this days.

Can't say enough good things about Raw Pet Food Express. All the dogs and cats here at Longacres Animal Haven, rescue love all the food. Including the bone broth and goats milk. An absolute life saver with non allergenic food for some of the dogs here with allergies. These guys are AMAZING and help rescues which IS SO GREAT....... thank you so so so much for providing amazing food and awesome service. Highly recommend 100%

We switched to raw food for our dog Casper and have been buying from RPFE for over a year now. He was super picky and would go off kibble within days. I've never had an issue with this anymore since we made the switch to the food from RPFE. It's very reassuring knowing that the products are of excellent quality and free from medicines, additives, etc.The service is also great! Great communication and super reliable. Lukas and Becks are very friendly and easy-going. They are also really knowledgeable about raw food diets and helped us find the best diet for Casper given he has allergies and a sensitive stomach. They also have a wide range of products to cater for any allergies or dietary requirements. I would definitely recommend RPFE to interested in a raw food diet for their dogs!

Helped us so great to figure out that one of our dogs has a chicken allergy and our dogs are sooooo much happier with meal time. They love it, super friendly, great in teaching you how to raw feed, excellent delivery service, can’t even praise them enough. Now super helpful with trying different things on our teenage male dog who is going through a rough patch absolutely amazing.

Amazing service, and 100% helpful. Great product range to choose from. Our girl has multiple allergies, and on a Wild diet only, we opted to have a regular order set in place to ensure her dietery needs are met, and also allows them to ensure they have stock, works so well. Totally recommend to anyone wishing to purchase Raw.
