Archgola Awnings & Canopies East Auckland

I have had my Archgola awning for just over a year. However nine moths after installation it started leaking. Have been trying to contact the East Auckland installer since November to have it looked at it. He said he had sent two of his team to have a look but I was not at home. No time or date was arranged. He finally phoned back in early December and asked me to send photos. Have not heard from him since.I was very happy with the installation and the product. However, follow up is very poor and as its under workmanship warranty should be addressed with urgency.

Recently Had a patio installed by Archgola North [Kurt Goulding].No issue with Patio, only the installation/installers. Due to Kurt's distance to travel to house, I supplied the measurements & photos for him to quote from. No response for 2x weeks, contacted him quote was sent. Accepted and paid deposit same day[Oct]. 2x weeks later arrived to take his own measurements, no mention of any difference to what was supplied. Order was then put in. Late Dec had no contact. Enquired as to what was happening. Email came back unable to do it before Christmas too busy. [Attached]Returned email stating I was disappointed in Archgola, I intended contacting Archgola to ask why advertise if not able to supply labour to install. Email came back that day saying it will be installed Mon.Final invoice came through with extra charges added on. We have paid the Balance owing as per quote. Terms Conditions state all extra costs have to have a signed agreement by the purchaser. Asked for and have not been given a reason for the increase in price. Only another invoice for the extra. Contacting Archgola main office as soon as holiday period is over to seek clarification why have T & C's if they are not adhered to. Since speaking out we now know of 3x people around the One Tree Point, Ruakaka area that have had issues with Archgola North not returning their enquiries and have since opted to install otherwise. Myself personally I agree with the possible reason is that it is too far to travel from Kerikeri home base, therefore Ignore those too far away.Happy with product not the service installation or abiding by what is advertised. This review is for Archgola North only all other installers I hope supply what is advertised.Next plans were to have a carport supplied/installed, and another patio elsewhere. Archgola have now missed out on these as well.
