A++++ Recommended to all. The staff are super friendly and very helpful and informative and more importantly very quick and on top of things. I had applied with another car company prior, it took two weeks to hear from them and after 3 weeks nothing. So I found Rides2go on Facebook and applied that same day I gotta call back within minutes and my application was approved, the next day all I had to do was pick the car I wanted and they delivered it to my door the very next day. The car I wanted was not in my price range so the staff at Rides2go gave me a discount and I was able to get the car I wanted. I am so over the moon with my new car, and how easy it was to apply. I thank the team at Rides2go for being so awesome and will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

So I brought a car from here, now there were a few problems with the car that required fixing. Communication was not the fastest at times, but eventually the issues were remedied. There was one person I dealt with I think her name was (Paris) who communication was next to none, and always tried to get the answers I needed when others weren't replying if it wasn't for her I feel my experience would have been a lot different, I think she needs a pay rise, because good customer service is hard to come by these days. Would I recommend buying off rides to go, yes!

The team has made my 1st time experience buying my own car as smooth as it can be! It was simple, straight forward and I absolutely Loved the communication and customer service, they know how to do their research and found the best finance company that is suitable for me regarding my income, I highly recommend rides2go for any 1st time buyer or anyone trying to buy a car! Id never go with them ever again. i got my car off them just 3years ago and had to scrap it the other day to many problems even tho i kept up with maintaining it all the time wasted heaps of money on it, and to top it off i just paid it off last year so pretty fukn guttered about that. over thos years i had the car paint or whatever started coming off what they tried to cover it was so bad. wish i had photos to show. all i can say is i feel there cars are over priced, and they take advantage of people who gave bad credit. just be careful what you buy, and wouldn't recommend going to these people. Weekly repayments are ridiculous.
