The truth is that they helped me a lot since I am not Uruguayan and I did not have a fixed address, I can receive my package from Uruguay without any problem. They were very kind to me since I don't speak English and in any case we were able to understand each other and they helped me again

Applying for my ird #, i was sent back to the bank no less than 3 times to get stamps, photo copy stamped papers that i didnt need, and was told by the post office guy its just across the street" when i said i dont want to go back to the bank again."
