I have just seen a video of the disgusting behaviour 3 staff members displayed to a customer in your store. This lady was attempting to show them her medical exemption from having to wear a face mask and the highly unprofessional and insulting behaviour these men displayed has angered me. No one deserves to be disrespected like that. I will never shop at your business and judging by the video and how widely it is being shared, a large number of others will be doing the same. Shame on you.

I will certainly not be using your service EVER seeing a video of a woman being abused after she was trying to show her mask exemption. This has gone viral all over NZ. Disgusting behaviour from the staff. Misusing their power and bullies.

Very aggressive behaviour of 3 staff members who chose to break the law discriminating and not accepting mask exemptions even when they were acknowledged that it was unlawful. Disgusting. You lost a customer and certainly many more to come..

This place is great for campers and off-gridders, not just boaties. I found several things I've been looking for recently without success, so their product SEO probably needs some attention. As far as I can tell, this is easily the best place in the region for walk-up purchase of 50W+ solar panels etc, now that MGG is delivery only.

Horrible treatment by the staff there who refused to acknowledge mask exemption and kicked me out of store despite being the only customer in there. They don’t deserve to be in business if they treat their customers like that!

Had wonderful service from knowledgeable staff. They gave great advice on what to use on some rust on the anchor and could show us where what we needed was in the shop. When I wanted to purchase something in secret as a birthday present they assisted in the process in a way that showed creativity and customer service that exceeded any expectations. Great place to go for advice and service

Certain staff in the outlet are rude and unprofessional in regards to mask wearing rules. Company needs to work on their code of conduct. However, good pricing and availability of products.
