We had a blocked drain. Riaan was here in about 30 minutes after my call. Worked in the rain to solve our problem. All fixed. For a reasonable price.Excellent friendly service. Would recommend to everyone.

Exellent service from go to whoa !.. Rang up in the morning and had plumber on site same day Needed that with a hot water leak going on. The young guys that came were really pleasant and curtious nothing was a problem for them.. Previous had phoned 3 plumbers in Paeroa and never got a call back...Keep up the good work guys......

Got a new dishwasher installed in my house that hadn't had one before. Very fast service, did the job the day after I contacted them! Polite, professional, did a fantastic job and left the place nice and tidy.

I phoned after 8 pm, and Riaan turned up at my house within 15 minutes.Wow, I don’t know how to express how he saved the day. For me an overwhelming job, he had sorted in 5 minutes.Riaan, this day got the better of me, you don’t realise how much this has helped! I wanted to thank Charles, Shane and the team. After giving me an original date to do the work, they were able to bring that forward to the morning after I called. Charles was excellent in communication and customer service right from the first contact.Shane was on time, professional, and friendly. He even went above and beyond and cleaned up an area adjacent to the one he was working on. It was not a big deal - took him maybe 5 minutes, but it was the thoughtfulness that impressed me, and left it for me to find.I have no hesitation in recommending this business to manage any of your plumbing needs.
