BOSSY and RUDE instructor with no respect. Push kids to cry when they making some noise. The instructor need to be re-trained with how to treating kids and their parents before they can teaching. So disappointed.

The sheer indignity that is provided by this Kumon centers manager Robyn is overwhelming, on numerous occasions we have experienced poor treatment to students. Working alongside The kumon instructor Robyn you can expect:Sudden bursts in rage and temper tantrums she has in front of both the parents in the waiting area and the students ranging from pre-school to high school is unprofessional and incompetant in her ability to not have a proper way to articulate her words without screeching demands to her poor employees is truly pathetic.On one occasion I distinctly remember a student coming up to Robyn in the middle of our discussion where the child was clearly upset and was coming to a teacher for help. The response the child was met with was Robyn belittling the child and laughing at the notion that a FIVE year old was having difficulties with grammar sayingYou are a Primary school student you should have been taught this already"which on its own is a troubling statement as it implies that they do not further help to encourage and enrich a Childs learning but in fact belittle and mock a child for wanting to learn when asking a question.But this also implies that the teachers are better equipt to teach children and should not need further support from Kumon.I was appalled by the lack of empathy for students and parents alike that Robyn possesses. Many of the horrid habits she possesses is truly shocking from her Laughing at questions she deems to be invalid to the cruel remarks she makes about students to their face and the unprofessional hissy fits she throws

We have had a very negative experience at Kumon Johnsonville. The instructor is rude (towards children and parents), and speaks to you in a condescending way. She breaks down rather than building up. She is also not open to feedback. This is not how you instill a love for learning or Maths in children. We will not be returning and I will strongly discourage others to join this centre.

Program is of very poor quality, manager is very rude not even sure if she knew maths and good English. She should be taking classes first before the kids learn and also how to behave with parents. .

After the change of Management, my kids and I are very happy with Johnsonville Kumon Center. Tanu is a very capable, professional, and gentle instructor. My kids love to go to Kumon now. Thank you, Tanu and NZ field consultant Vinay.

Kumon Johnsonville Education Centre
Both of my daughters went to this centre, the new instructor cares about the child's experiences as well as their progresses. The environment is nice and the children's learning progresses has been planned individually to suit them the best.
