I've had the New Vision guys out to repair two separate leaks (with very different sources) and each time I have been super impressed with their efficiency, workmanship and price. The first was an unknown leak and they located the source quickly. They sent around roofers to fix a whole in the roof and some poor guttering. The second was a leaking pipe in an internal wall. The plumber they sent to fix it was great. Thanks team, really love your work!

The Team installed additional downpipes, improved drainage through installation of a channel drain and field drain. Their work was professional, great communication from the team. Would definitely recommend using their services.

Thomas diagnosed why our toilet was running on. He was coutrteous and professional. The required part was not available so he made a temporary repair. He checked with us whether we could wait until the new part arrived in NZ or if we would rather pay more for a whole new unit. The required parts arrived much sooner than anticipated and he replaced them quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use this company again.

Had my gas heater serviced and although there was a slight issue, they put it right faster than I could blink, and got it sorted without a hitch, so Im very happy with the end result. Would definately use them again.

Hired them to do a gas fitting service around March 22. During the service the plumber insist it not reasonable for me to not obtain an installation manual and wasted quite a long time ask me searching the installation manual for him. Later during the inspection he told me that my two years new unit has a water leaking problem. Implied that he could redo the ducting on the roof but I rejected the service as it is still under warranty. later during the month called the warranty guys and found out that the water leak mark is a standard condensation water mark and I have to pay $200+ for extra service.It is hard to believe that someone with a license could mix water leak with condensation water mark on the flue.

Hara, Darren and the New Vision team were great. They were friendly and patient as they worked out what was wrong with our pipes and adjusted the plan as new information came to light. They were also surprisingly affordable. Would recommend.
