Thank you Gillian and Mike at the Northshore/Henderson office! They have been really been accommodating and friendly. The beds I rented for 5 weeks were very comfortable and clean! It is rare these days that I experience truly exceptional service and that is exactly what I got from Mike and his team. They were efficient, professional, respectful ad above all thoughtful and caring, truly living their brands values. All the things that were loaned to us were near or brand new so excellent condition. What a relief to have such support during such a unsettling and stressful time (moving from internationally). Mr Rental collected our hired appliances, pulled the plug socket off the wall and left without saying anything. I discovered it 5 minutes after they drove away and they’re claiming it wasn’t them. I used the washing machine an hour before they collected it and now it’s unusable until it’s put back on the wall!!
