Kitchen Studio - Newmarket

My kitchen is my dream kitchen. I had a difficult brief, I wanted my kitchen to look like it could be Jamie Oliver's next set, original, funky, inviting and to fit in with my industrial/country shed, AND on a mid-range budget. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH MY KITCHEN!

We commissioned Amanda and Kurt to design and install our new kitchen.The process commenced with Amanda and Kurt calling in to our home and offering their advice on the best lay out for both functionality and to capture the view. They listened to what we were looking to achieve and offered clear practical advise.Within a couple of days of that meeting they presented their plans and we agreed on style of cabinetry, bench top handles etc.We agreed a start date and the schedule of work including key dates for demolition of the old kitchen, the install of the new one and the expected date of completion.The project ran extremely smoothly and all key dates were kept to with no delays.The workmanship and attention to detail of the installers was amazing.The project was completed on the due date and on budget - with the exception of some additional unexpected plumbing costs that were at our request.We are extremely happy with our new kitchen and would have absolutely now hesitation in recommending Amanda and Kurt.If you are looking for a professional, well organised company who take pride in the work that they do then, the team at Kitchen Studio Newmarket is the place to go.

We had a fantastic experience with Kitchen Studio in Newmarket. Josh and the team were great to work with. We were not entirely sure what we wanted but Josh helped us through this and we came up with something that worked for us. We used Kitchen Studio Greenlane and dealt with Kurt and Amanda who were helpful and friendly. We told them we liked the polished shiny look and they advised us to use 2 pot lacquer to achieve the effect.However the product started breaking down, even in areas where it was not near water.This made us realize that the product was faulty. We thought we were covered with the 10 year warranty Kitchen Studio proudly displays. However they wrote back saying the lacquerer provides the warranty on the doors, not them, and it does not warrant the product once installed.Of course, had we known that,we would have never used the lacquer. This meant that from day 1, we had no warranty. On investigation we found other lacquer companies who do provide warranty after installation.We were disappointed that our correspondence was dealt with by the accounts store manager, rather than Kurt and Amanda. She said they could replace the cabinetry but we would need to pay for it- an estimate of $40,000 from another company.The most trusted kitchen brand in NZ" did not work so well for us. We would advise anyone who is thinking of using Kitchen Studio to ensure they read all fine print warranties for every product they use in their kitchen installations.We are most disappointed."

We absolutely love our new kitchen and can't thank Suzie, Kurt Amanda, Paris, Brenton, Nexus Plumbing, Leo and the rest of the team enough.It's hard to understand how spacious the new kitchen is, while still being within the same footprint.We got everything we wanted and more. Brilliant service from installation of new kitchen through to a finished kitchen. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Everything coordinated,, on time and details set out in beginning. Kitchen Studio installed a new kitchen for us prior to Christmas and we are thrilled with the finished product. The old kitchen was run down, and didn’t suit our needs with a poor layout and cramped work spaces. The designers Kurt and Amanda were a pleasure to work with right from the start, producing great design plans and using their years of industry experience to realise our ideas and reimagine the space. They were also on hand and available throughout the process, and have provided great after sales service, standing by their products and team. The installer Li and his team did a fantastic installation at a particularly busy time of year and were polite, efficient and very friendly. We can’t recommend Kitchen Studio highly enough, a fantastic company and we’d definitely use them again.

I couldn't be more pleased with my new kitchen. This is the second time I have commissioned Amanda and Kurt at Kitchen Studio Newmarket. I went back to them as the process with my first kitchen was so smooth, efficient and delivered a quality product - and this time it was the same. I also have to mention Li, my kitchen installer. He was great to work with. Nothing was a problem (and I am fussy), and it was obvious be took time and care as the result is everything I expected. Would highly recommend. Thanks everyone.

We used Kitchen Studio about three years ago to instal a small kitchenette in the downstairs part of our home. They also installed a large kitchen cupboard in the main kitchen. As we were very pleased with the result, we asked them to redesign our upstairs kitchen and we were not at all disappointed. Communication was prompt and clear and Kurt and Amanda could not have been more obliging and helpful in every tiny aspect of the design and installation. All the installers and tradespeople were extremely professional. We are delighted with our new kitchen and would highly recommend them to others. Thank you, Kurt and Amanda, and also Ash and Kevin.
