Black & White Coffee Cartel
Fast and friendly service. Piping hot and tasty chai lattes (have had them good takeaway too, my only comment is that I wish the 'large' takeaways were bigger as they are pretty small) . Lively atmosphere and lovely decor with all the different pictures/paintings hung on the walls. Great selection of cabinet food. We had a custard muffin, it was delish. All in all a great new cafe on the block.

They have sound batts against the ceiling . Looking in from the outside I thought that it could be noisy inside with the concrete floor, glass and steel but was calmer than expected. Making it suitable to catch up and be able to have a conversation.Coffee and service was good.The decor could use some character.

A lovely new cafe to try. The food range is great. The GF bread was lovely which makes a change from some GF breads which aren't. The staff were helpful and friendly. It was busy but not overly noisy which was really good.

This cafe is in a great location. However, and somewhat bizarrely, despite being part of a franchise with lots of experience in setting up cafes, they got a lot of the basics wrong. Stiflingly hot due to cafe facing east with bare windows (which they are getting blinds for). Air conditioning which does not appear to work. Very noisy due to lack of soft furnishings. If you want a nice cafe with great ambience, don't go here! I have been in warehouses with more atmosphere. They have a menu, however we did not see it until after we ordered counter food. I could go on... Coffee Culture needn't worry about competition.

Range of food was amazing on display. Menu was full of awesomeness food. Love there coffee! Everything about this place makes me want to come back for more. I have visited several other Black and White Coffee Cartel cafes and they are all exceptional. This place is nearby and they will be one of my favourite cafes to visit.

I've been a few times in recent months. I've found the food to be good, coffees excellent,service good. It can be a bit noisy at times - more from the acoustics than the number of people. Occasionally a bit draughty when people don't shut the door. Also the sun can be a bit problematic - can get a bit warm, and quite a bit of glare at times. Never enough to make me want to go elsewhere though.

Try out the new coffee shop in City South. Coffee is good. Plenty of seating area. Somehow need more personality and breaking up the space. Maybe with planters and sculpture. Didn't try any food so can really comment on that. Wishing them all the very best.

Went on a date here with my daughter. Nice bustling atmosphere, toasted scone was fantastic, chai latte got the thumbs up from my daughter, but the coffee was the weakest, milkiest cappuccino I've ever had. Barely a flavour of coffee, let alone a kick. Even my 11 year old, who usually enjoys the froth off the top, said what IS that
