After 2 & a half hours this is what they serve us...They said we could use cash, so we used cashless payment. The phone still had clips & rubber bands attached to it, was told to leave them on for 3hrs. We left & noticed our sim card slot was missing. They forgot to put it back in the phone. ALL FOR $90HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

Absolutely rubbish products. Had a screen protector installed. Was supposedly supposed to be the best, most durable and most resilient protector. First one pulled up with a 2 months on my S22 Ultra. Had it replaced under warranty, and the replacement is pulling up significantly. Massive bubbles on the sides. Barely capable of being put in a pocket without lifting up. Shop elsewhere.

Awful service & poor-quality products - I got an i-phone SE screen and battery replaced at the Onehunga Branch. Once the replacement was completed the phone was not able to be turned off. The 'technician' did not know how to fix this problem (which was not there before the repair.) The technician seemed poorly trained, if at all trained. The new battery is no better than the old one. The screen goes black at random times for no reason. I have tried to get them to address these issues and they do not accept any fault. They seem happy to charge the fee, but not prepared to fix the problem that they created. Would definitely not recommend their services. The key to good customer service is how well a supplier responds to a customer issue. These guys get a zero score from me.

Never leave your mobile phone to these unprofessional people. I have had a nightmare since I dropped my phone to them for a repair on 10th April. It took 47 days to get my phone back after all the lies and excuses from their manager Iris. It ended with losing all my photos and informations by their poor skills and irresponsible attitudes without an apology. The manager Iris just simply got disappeared and did not pick up phone calls anymore. The most terrible and unacceptable experiences I have ever had. Job number 134243.

TECHNICIAN BROKE MY SCREEN!I had a problem with my phone. It was stuck on the Apple logo for a while, and when i managed to get in I couldn't change the brightness or use Face ID. So i restarted the phone and it went back to square one.I went to Tech Pro for help. The technician didn't look at my phone carefully, and he quickly said I needed a new battery straightaway. I told him I didn't think the battery was the problem. I didn't have any issues with the battery, it wasn't draining fast or failing to charge, it was functioning normally.Then said he found some condensation after putting my phone on the heat pad, and said there might be a water damage inside. He open my phone and said asked if i dropped my phone earlier, i said yes and there might be something pop off inside and that's maybe why it keeps going on boot loop. Then after a while he showed me that the screen was broken, and he said he will need 3 days to figure out what happened.I left because i was frustrated, but then my husband came back and check with him because he knows that the screen was fine before we came here and he felt something off. My husband argued with the technician and asked why the screen is broken when it wasn't before, the technician said that because the main problem was from the water damaged from the screen it didn't matter if he broke the screen or not because it's already broken anyway from the water damage. Then he tried to prove that the problem was the screen by changing it to a new one, but turned out the phone was still on the boot loop, after that he nonchalantly say that the phone is broken and it would better for me to get a new one.My husband left and took my phone and call his brother who's an apple technician (overseas), and talked me through to get the get the phone out from the loop, and it was fixed. but now i'm left with a broken screen.Then we went back to techpro to confronted him about how he broke my screen, when we did confronted him said it's ok for him to not use heat and forcefully open the phone because he thinks" the screen was already broken (which is not). got my s22 ultra screen repaired in this shop and the guy did a good job with it. would've given it 5 stars only if he didn't chip a bit of the bottom edge of my phone. that's probably where he pry it open to replace my screen. there's also a bit of a smell from the glue/lubricant, im guessing, to put the phone together again. but other than that, the phone was intact and the screen was replaced nicely for an okay price slightly cheaper than other stores specially for a newer phone model like mine.

Bought a pair of ear pods. Before purchasing I asked the sales rep to confirm if these have good voice quality to make and receive calls because I’ll be using it to call clients. He said yes definitely, these units are a top seller and many customers buy and use it.I used them for 4 phone calls and all 4 clients struggled to hear me. The voice quality was sooo bad!I took it back on Thursday and was promised someone would call me on the next Saturday. Today is the best Thursday and still no feedback.Not only is their customer service bad, but they just here to make a quick sale.

Needed the screen urgently repaired/ replaced on my Samsung A31 after I dropped it putting on a facemask. The guy there fixed it nicely and for a reasonable price, $160 for a complete screen replacement, took less than two hours, and was very helpful and pleasant, bearing with me when I couldnt get the SIM card and SD card to work which he sorted as well. Spent some time to see if he had a suitable case for me afterwards, unfortunately he didnt but I appreciate that he tried. Great service, I will definitely use them again if I drop my phone yet again putting on a facemask...
