Horrible customer service. Multiple phone calls left unanswered and unreturned. Voicemails not attended to. My contract that was sent to an occupational therapist was declined and there was zero attempt to find an alternative. The do not have their own theropists so unsure as to why they are even in the system. I physically had to walk through the door to ask what was happening. Where I was greated with blank faces and an attitude of cluelessness.I do not recommend this clinic. Hopefully they take better care of customers that are not provided by ACC.

I came to Tu Tonu after a long time seeing different physios without result.A serious fibular break and operation meant I never thought I'd walk let alone run but after 3 treatments, I've just finished the Hakarimatas in 34mins.This is due to the no nonsense, expert treatment I received from Timi. I'm very thankful and appreciative that he's given me back my health and my positive mindset.

Way better then my old physiotherapist both physically and mentally.Very good message therapist here also.Very good gym facilities with great programs.An excellent on site cafe on a small menu but very good options.

Amazing facility to cater for all your health and well-being needs. I have seen physios, had a massage and been to classes. All were fantastic! Suitable for all.

Amazing gym with amazing staff. A place of exercise and healing for all. They support injury related rehab, strength and conditioning training, MiriMiri, physio and much more. Affordable group classes. Lovely whanau centred approach. Can highly recommend.
