Thought Transbuild had good reputation in building Pre fab homes but i was wrong. Plasterboard screws popping out everywhere even on the architraves , sharp carpet nails as well as squeaky noise from the carpet , Ceiling plasterboard visible joint lines etc etcOur pre fab home was originally purchased brand new from Transbuild by our developer in Auckland.

Excellent company to deal with great value, great houses.We have found any issues they dealt with promptly .... not that we had many ....mainly paint touch ups. I'm glad we choose Transbuild for our new bach ..... Thanks Transbuild great job !

A company that builds well constructed transportable homes includes Kiwi builds for Auckland. Busy with commitments at present. The guys get through the work reasonably quickly.

Transbuild is one great, reliable & affordable company to deal with. Everything was straight forward to complete, everyone was so kind & knowledgeable. The show homes are in a good location, easy parking & flexible times to view. A lot of samples & options available.
