I am looking to get back into photography after sometime away from the craft. As expected, technology has changed and so I walked into the store almost completely clueless.The service which Max provided was second to none. He answered all my questions thoroughly and even allowed me to have a play around with the camera's I was interested in. I left the store much more educated on what the best camera would be and some suitable options for my purchase.I don't think that I would go anywhere else to purchase a camera when the time comes!A huge than you to Max and team from Auckland Camera Centre

Sensational service.Purchased a camera from their online site which was delivered promptly. Unfortunately the camera broke about 1 week after unboxing (seemingly a manufacturing issue, rather than fault of the shop or customer). I contacted the shop via email who were more than happy to provide a free replacement with any fuss. Really appreciated the smooth no fuss service. Great work. Super.

Phoned Store in morning, assistant spoke was both polite & helpful.As advised call into store shortly after , spoke to a different staff member same attitude. Problem solved, the epitome of customer service.

Impressed by the very helpful people at this store.Went in with a problem with camera I purchased from them a few years ago.They could have easily 'set me up' to buy a new camera but instead intently helped solve a problem with great tech skills...Great personal and shop ethics.While they may not have made a sale from me this visit, I'll certainly be back when comes time to purchase another camera or anything else related to photography.This sort of customer service is rare and all anyone needs to know when considering buying camera gear.Pat

Auckland Camera centre is amazing. Talked to a guy a named Thomas. He is so amazing and answered all my questions and provided me honest suggestion. It's good to know that Auckland Camera centre gets the best customer service provider and that's why it's the best camera centre in NZ
