ordered a strawberry smoothie from a guy with long-ish hair and glasses today. drink was made fast and tasted nice. they even brought it to my table, thanks!

The Asian guy working there looked like a zombie and the milk tea is by far the worst abomination ever. I paid 8 bucks for it, I ordered the milk bubble tea and it tasted really bland and watery. I didn't believe the reviews because I wanted to try it myself.. but, yeah it's bad. Trust me. Don't get their bubble tea.

*dietary and allergy warning* I asked for decaf and they did not fulfil it on the drink. I was very adamant on asking if it was vegan as well and the server was very clueless. Had been drinking some on the way home. Too expensive and Will be contacting the store for a refund!

update as of July 2023:the taste of brown sugar milk tea has definitely improved, taste better and milkier now, their boba chewy, but this morning went at 11.30 and their boba not yet cooked… I ordered grass jelly instead and it smell like soy sauce??? also only one person working therefore it took 15 mins to make one drink.never had a good experience with their milk teas cause they are all either very watery (not milky) or they tasted bland… this is the first and only bubble tea place where I bought a brown sugar milk tea and the pearls are standard ones, not cooked in brown sugar, disappointed yeh ..but, their slush are very nice, dragonfruit or matcha and their passionfruit pop is also nice, it’s artificial but refreshing nice, can’t complain cause it’s the best you can get at commercial bay.

The worst bubble tea I had in Auckland so far.The peach oolong that I ordered just taste like water and it cost $8.60. Friends bubble tea also very thin and tasteless. Not a second time.

We were grabbing dessert and I was wanting something to help wash it down so I grabbed a taro milk tea. The tea was ok. The taro flavour was a bit faint but it was there. There was a milky after taste though. The pearls were nice but were on the softer side but still chewy.

Amazing service!! The girl was truly amazing, even if she was having her food she put it aside and served me with a full smile and was also very helpful in suggesting I'd try the mango pop and it was delicious!! Will go back and recommend to try;)

Today we had ordered 3 drinks waited for 15mins , 2 of the drinks were made wrong . It was the brown sugar milk tea , they forgot to put brown sugar in it . The lady took it back , and took another 20mins of just putting back the sugar syrup in them and with the arrogant attitude said I need to make it fresh "... but it was just sugar syrup!! .Not coming back for real . Worst tea place ever in Auckland ."

Love the girl who worked at this shop today:) she's so friendly, happy and positive despite working by herself and being busy. Even so sweet brought our drinks to the table for us! Drinks are so delicious and bubbles are very chewy, definitely freshly made on the day! Will come back again for sure <3
