I would love to say good things about this company, but the service I received post-purchase for 2 errors on their side was abysmal. I don't think I have experienced a company that admits their errors but is asking the customer to pay for it. I had to fight not to cop their mistake expense, even though they admitted it was their fault.One error they didn't address at all, I corrected it myself with some tools at home. The second involved a phone call and a long series of txt messages involving them pleading me to pay for their error because their business was suffering (error cost; $150),.They then tried to negotiate the amount I cop of their mistake. It should never have ended up in the lengthy series of messages for something with written proof of their error, coupled with their acknowledgment of their error from the start. I sent them feedback for their service and explained my disgust, I received Apologies" and that was it.It was extremely poor business etiquette. If you are owed a refund from them

Bought two Bed Bases, Mattresses and Headboard. Very competitive prices but by far very good quality. Best part was onetime delivery. Lovely experience we had. Highly recommended. Keep up the good work.

I did a fair amount of research before purchasing a bed. This involved a number of store visits, 30 minute testing etc.To provide context I am 56 and my Hubby is 6"3. I prefer a soft mattress and he prefers a firm one. We wanted a coil free mattress with breathable fabric and after a few months of searching I decided to check this store out on a whim. Definitely worth the trip. The bed we chose is great value and we only spent a third of our original budget.We love it

Busy place. I came for some rugs, my style wasn’t there but quality seemed good. The owner was very friendly to deal with, the directions need to be clearer, it was very hard to find, I nearly gave up.

Unfortunately, probably the worst customer service I have experienced, mainly due to admin/management staff.We paid for a mattress in July after explicitly asking twice whether it was in stock. We were assured that the mattress was in stock and that it would be delivered the following Tuesday. It is now December.I demanded a refund - this was not even entertained.I was promised many times in person and in writing that the mattress would be ready in a few days, aweek or by the end of the month...etc...It wasn't. This company will tell you any lie to keep you happy.For five months I pleaded with staff for an update but not once did I receive a proactive email or phone call. I will not deal with this company again.

Storage bed is not only stylish and modern, but it also provides ample storage space, which is perfect for my small apartment. The gas lift mechanism is easy to use.

Bought 2 beds last week delivered in box, difficult for one person to put together.I also got a gift, a very large black cockroach crawled out of one boxYuck not what you expect in a new bed.Not great

We were looking for a normal bed base. While in store Amit demonstrated a bed with plenty of storage in it. The lid was controlled by an electric mechanism. Quite easy to operate. We found this product quite useful and ended up buying. Good customer skills.
