I called Colin with a hard drive problem. He invited me to his office in Nelson in the same day. I unloaded my hard drive and my backstory of things I had tried unsuccessfully. He had the problem fixed right there in his office and he gave me some ideas for data management that will decrease my cost and complexity. I found Colin to be extremely knowledgeable and experienced on a wide array of topics related to technology and our regional business environment. He was very personable and friendly to the extent that goes beyond what most businesses do. If you want to find a good computer technology partner, I would promote Colin above anyone else I have met in any city.

Just a quick note to say that Colin has been most helpful in giving me advice, quite detailed advice about repairing an old device and purchasing a new one. He sent me links of what to check out and I realized he was talking from his experience and knowledge of computers, and tailoring it according to my needs. I wont hesitate to ask him for advice , back ups or repairs should I need them in the future.

It's taken such a load off my mind having found Colin and engaged him as my go-to expert for all things computer related. I knew I should have been doing regular backups and have a copy stored off-site and also that I should have good virus software and that my computer needed an annual checkup. I ignored all of this until my computer started to do very strange things one day. I found Colin in the phone book and he has taken charge every since. It's a whole aspect of my business that I no longer have to worry about. He is always available, reliable, fast and his rates are very competitive. Today I discovered a large chunk of my teaching slides that I have been updating and honing for 5 years was missing. Such a nice guy. Extremely knowledgeable. He went into work just for me on a Saturday. Only charged me for 2 hours work when he did 4. Also included a free antivirus on my pc. This is the only review I have ever written he was that good.

I had an issue with my computer not letting me access my account and not recognising my password, and I was verry stressed that I couldn't access important documents and worried I was not going to be able to recover them. I called Colin on a Saturday and left a message, he returned my phone call really fast and after trying to help over the phone initially with no luck, he meet us at his workshop and managed to fix the problem with all my important information in tack. I will definitely be calling Colin for any future computer problems and recommend his services to anyone in need of computer help.

Very professional, rapid turnaround and very helpful

Our computer would not boot up. Colin worked some late hours and soon had our corrupted drive replaced, and files restored. We are very happy with his service and ongoing advice and support.
