There was some confusing signage in their store which meant the items I purchased ended up being much more expensive then I had anticipated. I returned the the store to have a chat about it.The staff member was very understanding, attentive, explained the issue, and listened to my explanation of how I felt mislead by the signage. Without me asking, I was offered a refund of the difference to the price I had expected even though it was a different product.Very happy with this store, the staff are lovely and they are willing to make their customers happy by going the extra mile.

I've had nothing but excellent and thoughtful service every time I have been to the Albany Adair's, including a difficult return which they dealt with wonderfully. They have also been lovely and warm with my 2.5 Year old.

Excellent and patient customer services right from when I made enquiries over the phone. Handy location with ample parking in front. Good values when items are on specials. Staff will go out ofthwir way to make customers feel specials. Well done to Vicky and the team. Will definitely return again. It is often to visit the shop as photos in online store may not be the actual colour. (Different shades).

We bought a new caravan and all the linen was from Adairs. It is great quality and very stylish. I needed more so popped into the Albany store and ended up buying more than expected. Helpful staff member, lovely store. Joined linen lovers and got a great discount, so well worth the cost to join.
