Rachel is a highly skilled massage therapist who is able to find and work through aches, pains and tight muscles. I see Rachel regularly for a massage which keeps me running, biking and adventuring. Her massage has been a key part of both ongoing wellness and rehabilitation of various injuries. Would absolutely recommend!

Rachel fixed my lower back pain years ago and with monthly maintenance has kept me on the sports field into my late 40s. She has diagnosed injuries and given advice on when to see a physio or other practitioner. She knows her stuff plus has magic hands, I'm so pleased I went to her.

I have been going to Rachel at Back In Action for many years now. She is amazing at her craft and I couldn't be without her. I attend her clinic at least monthly to keep my old body functioning as it should and I'm happy to say I'm still able to run around on a netball court and am nearly hitting 50! She is fantastic with sports injuries and aches and pains that arise every now and again and has a wealth of knowledge to diagnose any pain issues - she will refer to an appropriate specialist when needed, but most of the time she works her own magic to fix me up.
