Trust the chef tasting menu was a very memorable dining experience. Locally sourced ingredients, artfully presented with delicious flavour combinations in beautiful surroundings show casing the Mackenzie country.Highly recommend

This retreat earns its five stars for many reasons. One i experienced was extreme thoughtfulness. The owners and their staff go the extra mile 24/7 during your stay. Pennies well spent if you choose the mt cook lakeside retreat for a get away. The chef's tallents impressed me. The truffle infused, ash inspired mushroom I ate there, had to be one of the most delicious foods I've ever eaten and the waitress was very authentic and attentive which made the experience extra delightful. The little touches of comfort go a long way and the views are captivating. I wouldn't change a thing about this place. Thank you for sharing this beautiful piece of land with the world and putting in hours of hard work to make guests feel exquisite during their stay.

The chef dining experience was a 3 course dinner, and honestly, one of the best meals I’ve ever had. The appetizer, entree, and dessert were amazing and for the price would expect to pay nothing less than similar from a Michelin restaurant. The staff was great, the chef was kind and welcoming, and for the price would choose to come here 12/10.

What an amazing experience for the taste buds and the presentation was just exquisite. Rafa, Dominic and Tania made this an amazing night and the atmosphere just added to the whole experience. We shall remember this night for a very long time.
