TANK Te Awa- Smoothies, Raw Juices, Salads & Wraps

Very good healthy option, new smoothie bowls are delicious and well presented. The staff are always friendly and the wait times are usually very fast even when there is a queue. The best health concious option in te awa mall and I would the new smoothie bowls as they are very filling, delicious and well priced for what they are.

Absolutely love the frozen yogurt and thai beef wraps from here!

Bought a Tank Raspberry and Thai Chicken wrap from here today and it was delicious!

My new favorite the Carribean smoothie. Don't have to say much about Tank. Their reputation speaks for themselves.

Walked up to the counter and the serve staff just walked away! When I got my smoothie it was runny & yuk! You've lost me as a customer!

Drove 15 minutes to order only to be told they closed. Saying 9pm closed and already stopped taking orders at 8.30pm. Very disappointed and waste of time and gas

ordered protien juice it was give full of froth.. when complained that it should have been atleast shaked before putting in glass. staff took and said will make new one but then the other glass was filled with ice only still half cup empty. staff do not bother to listen what is the requirements. new staff no good.

Terrible, rude and accusational service, particularly from the branch manager. I frequently order the raw plant tank that's on special for the week to share with my baby. Turns out there was none of those on special this week, just the all berry. No worries, I ask if I can have the All Berry with no yoghurt as we have dairy allergies. Staff member says no problem and takes my money. The manager comes up behind the staff member and embarrasses her and tells her she's done it wrong. No amendments are to be made to the special tank at all and I am to be charged extra now. I have worked in customer service for 10 years and would never talk to my staff like this or make it the customer's issue for the sake of $2. Even though all I want is to ommit an ingredient that would harm my child, I am to be charged extra. This makes no sense whatsoever but since it's in the apparently dogmatic terms and conditions on the website, and it can't be ignored. I got a refund and cancelled my order since the only reason I wanted the drink was because it was cheap and for my daughter. You have lost a customer for life because you wouldn't leave out some yoghurt which would not have been to the detriment your business. Even if this was unavoidable, the attitude of the manager was so poor that I wouldn't care to interact with her again. I wasn't to know this rule existed and I resent being treated like it was .h responsibility to read the terms and conditions in preparation for buying a drink.

Have loved Tank for the last how many years. But myself, family and friends will never spend any money at Te Awa Tank again. Rude staff, terrible service. No giving of numbers so we don’t know when orders are ready. Five customers or more were waiting 15-20 minutes plus normal waiting time for maybe one smoothie each or a salad if that, only to find the whole time it was sitting on top of the counter but they didn’t care to read numbers or call orders and after expressing we were clearly unhappy about this not one staff member apologised for any inconveniences they all continued to keep their heads down and ignore us. I work in hospitality and I was absolutely appalled that this is what your employees call “customer service” to be quite honest.

Always stop for a juice and smoothie at Tank. Love their Asian beef and noodles salad too. Soooo fresh and yum.
