Orbit has been the most amazing rental company, grace has gone above and beyond for us. We are so eternally grateful, we are moving to a different property and will no longer have her as a property manager and we are devastated. We have the deepest appreciation for her, the work she puts in as well as being Tennant focused and understanding is something you don’t come across every day.I would recommend this property management to anyone as I believe they are the best Christchurch has to offer.

Property owners beware. I was with Harcourts Orbit for a year and I regret signing the contract. From day 1 to even the last day, I learned that a bad property manager can make your life miserable. I felt like I am the one managing the property not them. I am so happy that the contract is finally over. Do not waste your money. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY.
