2-3 weeks ago at booked an appointment to get my nails done today, the appointment was all arranged via email with Toi. Turned up to my appointment to find out it hadn’t been booked in their appointment book and they couldn’t fit me in!!! Showed the girl the email as my confirmation. Disgusting customer service

They did an amazing job and got my nails all ready for my wedding. They work fast but are very thorough.

The ladies here are not only a pleasure to visit but do a beautiful job. I’ve never had a bad experience here and I love what they do with my nails!

The team was friendly and created a welcoming atmosphere during my visit, unfortunately my manicure was not satisfactory. The cuticle work was poorly executed leaving me with hangnails and the gel polish was uneven in thickness and coverage as well as the edges not being applied cleanly, leaving me with peeling and chipping within a week of receiving the manicure. I asked her to fix the application of the gel polish once and the manicurist did do so for that particular nail, however the same care was not placed consistently and I was uncomfortable with (and felt that it should have been necessary to be) repeating my expectations of a standard manicure.

Horrible experience!!! The salon was dirty and the staff was rushed - didn’t even bother to take off gel from my toenails in a manner that doesn’t damage my nail bed - the lady pulled the gel off with a nail clipper and when I asked to do it in such a way that she doesn’t damage my nail bed, she spoke to her colleague in their language as if my request was unreasonable. They use dirty nail files and equipment on your nails and don’t clean it in between clients. They spent less than 5 minutes on scrubbing my heels / actually doing a pedicure! The highlight was the massage chair you sit in while you get a pedicure! The place is also stupidly expensive for the horrible service and product you get.

I booked an appointment here through Facebook and when I turned up they had already taken clients on and didn't have time for me. Not much point in having a booking system if they ignore it :(

I booked an appointment with my bestie and arrived on time, yet they made us wait. When I sat down for the worker to do my nails she started talking to her friend while buffing my nails, it hurt while she was buffing but I didn't say anything as I'm a nice customer. She also told me to move to a different seat where her friend served me but she also did the same. When another customer came in they sat her down immediately, forgetting about me. also when my nails were finished they felt very brittle and thin as if they were very easy to break. *ps, they can't do nail art.
