Sonya provided me with exactly the support and direction that I needed during a very difficult time in my life. Our weekly sessions were on Zoom due to not being in the same city. She was always available when I needed her and was great at helping me to reframe issues and focus on what was important. Her delightful upbeat personality made me look forward to every session. I would highly Sonya to anyone looking for a life coach.

I have used Sonya's coaching programme. She was very good at filtering through a hectic life and running a business. Sonya is truly a miracle worker, she is the voice of reason and the hype queen I never knew I needed. Sonya was the Celebrant for our wedding in Jan 23, while the weather was atrocious the ceremony was perfect in every way. It was everything we wanted it to be, stress free, fun and filled with love.
