The guy’s who dealt with me were kind, welcoming and polite - gave me some tips and were very hospitable, the ambience was warm, and I’d appreciated the way they spoke to one another too, in the same manner as they showed their customers. Manaakitanga is one of my most favourite Māori worldviews, it says a lot about the character of people - so I left knowing that I’d be a returning customer. My dad recommended this place and spoke highly of the services/treatment he’s received here. I see what he means. Ngā mihi mahana e ngā kaimahi o Bridgestone Rotorua. Thank you.

Was told at 9am we could get three tyres put on our trailer that morning. No phone call was made to tell us it was ready and after making two phone calls ourselves we were told we could pick it up at 4pm.Close to a grand for four standard trailer tyres.

The WoF inspection conducted was thoroughly done by Simon, I like the video feedback on vehicle undercarriage which informs the owner of any issue to be aware of if there is any, even just a looking good" message of undercarriage on video is well accepted."

The team at Bridgestone Select do a great job. They fitted two new Bridgestone Potenza run flats on the rear, balanced the front wheels and did a wheel alignment on a BMW in good time and for a good price. Nice equipment and skilled friendly staff.
