Steam 'n' Dry

OMG .. I got tricked by all the fake reviews on this listing and hired these guys to clean my carpet. The cleaner showed up late stinking of cigarettes. He rushed the job and left behinds stains that the next company got out easily. When I questioned the quality of the work I got nothing but rudeness from the cleaner and his boss in the phone.I checked these other 5 star reviews and these same people left lots of reviews for the same company all over Auckland. He has so many maplmap on here they can't possibly be real. Plus their star ratings are FAKE because it's just the same thing cut and pasted everywhere.If they spent more time doing things right instead of deceiving customers with fake listings maybe I wouldn't have to write this.Very unhappy with the service and very angry at being tricked.

Anthony was awesome!!! He did a great job on my carpet at an amazing price! Would definitely recommend this company to my neighbors. Keep up the good work.

I was in a panic and had to call 5 other company and Steam n Dry was the only one that could come on the same day after I was let down by another company. The receptionist was very helpful.The job was great, thankful for all your help. I will definitely use you guys in the future.
