These guys were simply awesome. They quoted me up front, they were quick and efficient and clean and careful. Great communication. Totally amazing service and for a great price. I used another firm for a second install and totally regretted it.Hotshotz were superstar professionals in comparison and only firm I’ll ever use again.

Fantastic service both with install and aftercare. The cost of supply and install was way cheaper than the local outfit, communication was on point and everything was left clean and tidy. When I had a slight issue with one of the pumps, Paul had it fixed in short order despite being flat-out busy. Can't recommed them highly enough

I rang Paul and he was around within 20 minutes! He rang me after he left with a quote for the job and to say he had ordered the parts. A day later the job had been done! Super impressed! Great job done, cleaned my heat pump while he was there and even put her batteries in both remotes!I had waited a month for another company to do it! Wish i had of gone to Hotshotz from the start!!

So grateful to have the comfort of knowing the air from the heat pump at my new home is now fresh, I had no idea just how much dirt can build up inside the unit and that it actually takes more than just cleaning your filters. Care was taken to ensure no mess was made during the service. Thoroughly recommend Hotshotz as part of your home maintenance.

Hotshotz got in touch promptly to arrange a quote and were very helpful in talking through the options. On the installation day I was delighted when they even put cobbles under the outside unit. Definitely go the extra mile.

I made an enquiry for a heat pump via their website and Paul rang me back on the same day to arrange a time for the next day for a free measure and quote. He verbally told me an estimated cost for the unit and install, and then emailed me the quote and information that same day. I rang back a few days later to confirm with him and the install was done. Fast, efficient, professional and no hassle service. I would recommend hotshotz to anyone.
